If your refund request is approved, please note that a service charge of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge represents non-refundable processing fees incurred by our payment processor.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of business days (specify the number, typically 5-10 business days).

Non-refundable Circumstances:

While we strive to accommodate our learners, please be aware that refunds may not be available in the following circumstances:

If a significant portion of the course has been consumed or completed.

If the course materials have been downloaded or accessed beyond the initial lessons.

In the case of courses that include live sessions, if any live sessions have been attended.
